What we commit to, and what we do not.

Prices
All prices on this website are indicative and were last reviewed in August 2026. Hardware prices include a GST invoice; software prices are exclusive of GST. Final pricing depends on configuration and quantity and is confirmed in a written quote before purchase.
Hardware warranty
One year from the date of invoice as standard. Terminals, printers, cash drawers and weighing scales carry on-site warranty within Delhi NCR; handheld and portable devices are carry-in. Warranty excludes physical damage, liquid ingress, power surge damage and unauthorised repair.
Installation
Free installation, cabling, configuration and two hours of staff training are included within Delhi, Noida, Gurugram, Ghaziabad and Faridabad. Outside NCR, hardware is shipped pre-configured and installed remotely.
Software subscription
Billed monthly or annually per counter. You may cancel at the end of a billing period. Your data remains yours and is exportable at any time, including after cancellation.
Returns
Hardware may be returned within seven days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. Configured and installed hardware, and made-to-order items such as kiosks and signage, are not returnable.
Third-party services
Payment acceptance, aggregator commissions, WhatsApp conversation charges and IRP availability are governed by those providers, not by us. We integrate; we do not control their pricing or uptime.
Trademarks and third-party names
Aero Pack POS is an independent supplier. We have no partnership, reseller agreement, sponsorship or other formal relationship with any of the companies named below. Their names appear on this site for one reason only: to state truthfully which products our hardware and services work with. All trademarks, product names and logos are the property of their respective owners.
Billing and restaurant software we install, configure and support alongside our hardware: Petpooja, Restroworks, GoFrugal, Marg, TallyPrime, Vyapar.
Ordering, delivery and commerce platforms our systems connect to: Swiggy, Zomato, ONDC.
Payment providers whose terminals and gateways we supply or integrate: Razorpay, Paytm, PhonePe, Pine Labs.
Platforms and operating systems our machines run on or talk to: Windows, Android, Google, WhatsApp, Meta.
Where we describe a product as compatible, that reflects testing by our own engineers on the versions available to us at the time of writing. Software changes. Confirm the current position with the vendor before you buy anything on the strength of it. If you own one of these marks and object to how it is used here, write to us and we will change it.
Limitation
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product or service in question. We are not liable for indirect losses including lost sales during an outage of a third-party network, payment provider or government portal.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Delhi.
